I bought/ordered/purchased this product/thingamajig/gadget with high expectations/hopes/anticipation, get more info but it turned out to be an absolute disaster/wreck/lemon. It's completely useless/worthless/broken out of the box. The instructions/manual/guide were confusing/nonsensical/unreadable, and customer service/support/assistance is nonexistent/rude/ unhelpful.
